Refunds
No refunds are provided after any credit or character allowance has been used.
Before Usage
If you purchased a paid plan and have not used any paid character credit, contact support as soon as possible so the request can be reviewed.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund already-used character credit.
